On April 2, 2025, Freeman Law secured a default judgment of over $2.3 million, as well as pre-judgment and post-judgment interest, against three defendants in the matter of Xlink Resource Group, LLC v. Expo Petroleum Oil and Gas USA, LLC, et al., Cause No. 4:24-CV-00035 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.  The claims brought by the plaintiff in that matter included Civil RICO claims brought under 18 U.S.C. 1962(c) and (d).
