On August 14, 2025, Freeman Law attorney, Cory Halliburton, presented at the 23rd Annual State Bar of Texas’ Governance of Nonprofit Organizations Course held in Austin, Texas. Mr. Halliburton is a frequent presenter at this Course and served as Course Director in 2021 and 2023. This most recent presentation focused on Ethics and Dissolution of the Texas nonprofit corporation. The ethics presentation focused on legacy and the role of the Bar to honor the path that judiciaries and lawyers before forged in this area of law.
